Drinking milk in school

This week we met our buddy class - room 18.  

We looked at a video about having milk and how it will help us grow strong bones and teeth. Afterward we went outside, sat under the tree and enjoyed drinking our milk with our buddy class. 

We will have a small carton of milk everyday and it is FREE. 

Last week of swimming lessons

This week we had our last week of swimming. Over the past five weeks we have become more confident in the water. Our thanks goes to our wonderful instructors, they were fantastic. Mrs Morley took these great photos of us.

Scooter Boards

Today we went to the hall and got to go on the scooter boards. We had a lot of fun as we raced across the hall. We went back to our class and wrote about our shared experience.

Crowns

We made crowns that showed special things about us. We wore our crowns with pride.

Another visit to the Life education caravan

Today we visited the Life education caravan. We talked about what we need to go to stay healthy and looked at Tam. We took turns to point to Tam's bones, blood, tummy and heart. We also talked about the types of food we need to keep ourselves healthy.

We are all very important

This term we are focusing on how we are all very important. We are celebrating that although we are all 5 years old we are all unique.
