Week 1 Term 2 2010

The first week of the term has flown by. We have started our inquiry on 'toys over time'. In this inquiry we will be looking at toys and how they have changed over the years.
We started the week by listing some of the toys we have at home. We wrote them on a 'wordle' and then chose the one we liked.



Later in the week we brought in one of our favourite toys and took turns using the class camera to take a photograph of it.


We have used these photos to make an ebook - look out for this later in the week.

    My favourite toy when I was your age was a wooden spinning top. I wonder what your teacher's favourite toy was at your age?

    Thank you for looking at our blog. Mrs Rennie-Younger's favourite toy is a doll called Sharon. She got Sharon from Santa when she was 5. We will put a photo of Sharon on the blog.
