On the last Wednesday of the term, we had a session in the life education caravan. It was our opportunity to meet Harold. Harold and Anna (the life education educator) talked to us about the nine things we need to be happy and keep ourselves healthy -
1. Healthy food.
2. Water.
3. Oxygen.
4. Exercise.
5. Sleep.
6. Wash ourselves.
7. Shelter.
8. To feel Safe.
9. Love.
