This week our shared book was 'Oh bother!' We have become very good at finding exclamation marks and reading these parts with expression. We have used KidPix to explore what we thought a hole might be in that would cause us to say Oh bother!. We made this podcast to share with you all. ENJOY
This weeks shared book was called 'Not a box' by Antonette Portis It's a fantastic book as the main character has fun showing you that a box is not a box when you use your imagination - it can be anything you want it to be from a car to a robot. We decided to use the programme KidPix to show you all what we decided the box could be. We all started with the same box image on KidPix and then drew our own drawing.
This week we read the shared book - 'The best bear'. Most of us brought in one of our bears while others brought in a toy kitten. Every one took a photo of their bear or kitten
We then used these images to describe our bears and kittens - making our own book -
We have enjoyed reading the book I can jump. Listen to us reading the book we made. We tried to make our voice sad when we read the snail parts and more cheerful when we were reading the grasshopper, spider and butterfly parts.
