End of term - homework project

At the end of term three, we had a homework challenge based around our topic  Space. As teachers we were impressed with the time and effort that had gone into making some creative projects. Well done everyone

Naughty cats

We have written stories about a naughty cat that gets tangled up in some wool. The children all used paint and a sponge to create their cat and placed wool either beside or on their cats. Later in the term some of the children will read their stories.

Our autumn walk by Ben

Ben enjoyed our autumn walk and talked about the Tui we saw at the top of the tree. 

The volcano by Ben

Ben drew this volcano on the computer programme KidPix. He wrote about the volcano he drew. Well done Ben.

Our happy artist

Look at Ben, our happy artist. He used pastels to create a self portrait and completed the background using painted handprints.

Science experiment

We worked in small teams to make the volcano and watched to see what would happen when we mixed baking soda and vinegar together. Learning can be so exciting.
