Dog Safety and walking to school

This week we went to a session to learn how to safe around dogs.
Some of the key points we covered were-
Stand like a tree if a dog approaches you
If it jumps up on you - make yourself into a rock.
Ask the owner before you pat the dog. - Meet before you greet.
Let the dog smell the back of your hand before touching the dog.

A lot of us walked to school on Thursday - Gumboots and umbrella day -
We wore blue as our class is supporting the Fijian rugby team.
