On Friday we took part in the technology challenge - Making a swing for ' Sonny Bee'. It was a great opportunity to work as a team to create a swing. We all worked so well together and were very pleased with our respective swings.
A tyre swing

A play ground swing

A bench swing

A hammock.

Well done to our team leaders - Taylor, Deborah, Adriel and Anthony.
They look terrific!
ReplyDeleteWere your delightful year ones given any equipment other than the metre ruler, newspaper and string? I think my class would love to try this activity!
Hi Mrs Wilson
ReplyDeleteThe only other thing we gave our budding young designers was plenty of sellotape!! It was a fun filled activity and one that clearly showed how little people can be so supportive of each other. It was a great activity.
Those swings look really cool for our challenge we made a luge track.
